We have negotiated a compensation plan that is the same with all PEOs we work with. They pay us out of their normal sales and marketing budget.
It is like buying a car in some respects. If you use a car buying service you tell them what kind of car you want with all the accessories. They go out and find the best car for the best price. They take all the haggling out of the process and they make sure you receive the car you want. In the case of the car buying service, they bypass the car dealer sales person. They deal directly with the sales manager. To a great extent we do the same.
When you use us to help you find a PEO we do a needs analysis and we provide you an education along the way.
